Yu Group Developments are pleased to announce that their £5 million Nottingham development, St Marks Residence, received planning from the council.
The go ahead for 53 studio apartments catering for the post-graduate and professional market means that the soft strip and demolition of the existing building can begin.
YU Group CEO, Jonathan Yu said “We are very pleased that we can start work on St Mark Residence, we think the building will breathe new life to the local area as well as offer post-graduates and young professionals excellent accommodation”.
Completion for St Marks Residence is expected for December 2018.
