Our scheme in Nottingham, St Marks Residence is well on the way, here is a quick Photo Update of progress so far.
Demolition has been completed at our St Marks Residence development in Nottingham – the aerial footage shows the true size of the site.
Today Yu Group met with the professional team involved behind the scheme Wellington Plaza and Park One Residence. Sam Thistlethwaite from Wardell Armstrong and Matthew Ayres from Simpson Haugh were there to present and for Yu Group to confirm the final touches of the scheme.
Today we announced our latest land acquisition for a residential development near Media City in Salford Quays.
